Redeem the token against physical gold

Our token is designed to be easily redeemable, even in small quantities.

The gold backing is simple and transparent: 1 SGG token = 1 gold coin containing 1 troy ounce of gold. The specific coin(s) you receive may vary depending on available inventory and can include sovereign gold coins such as the American Eagle, Maple Leaf, and other internationally recognized bullion coins. Our fee structure is just as straightforward. A 0.5% redemption fee applies, along with a fixed shipping fee.

If you’re redeeming in Switzerland and less than CHF 20’000 worth of tokens, that is the easiest and fastest case: you can use our widget on this page. You will transfer the tokens to us via MetaMask or WalletConnect, and specify where you would like the coins to be delivered; they can either be shipped via Planzer (in a fully secure and insured manner) to any address in Switzerland, or you can pick them up at Pro Aurum in Kilchberg (ZH).

If you’re redeeming outside of Switzerland, and/or if you’re redeeming for more than 20,000 CHF worth of tokens, for the time being you cannot use the widget on this page for operational reasons, and we must devise a bespoke shipping offer for you. Please contact us on redemptions@swissgrams.com and specify the wallet address on which you hold the tokens, the amount of gold coins you would like to receive, and the country into which you would like to receive them. We will then contact you in very short order with an offer regarding shipping details, and the redemption procedure to follow.
